Delaney Gould

Delaney Gould is a senior Industrial Design student at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

She serves as the Vice President of Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority Incorporated which focuses on the advancement of women through higher education, multiculturalism, community service, sisterhood, and friendship.

Delaney has worked as a product design intern at DWDW Design Workshop. There, she worked on several projects, including the design, manufacturing, and installation of lighting fixtures for the new Logan Square location of Furious Spoon Ramen Shop. She is currently doing graphic design, re-branding, and marketing work for Doggy Paddle Aquatic Center for Dogs.

Over this past summer, she had the opportunity to study Scandinavian furniture design in Copenhagen for two months.

Delaney has a wide range of experiences, but is very interested in focusing on sustainable, responsible design, and traditional craft.
